mixed feelings about my visit
smoking roomimpersonal note
i booked A non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room initially. the welcome note on tv had a wrong name, it felt impersonal. staff couldn't provide a lighter for my birthday candle, it was disappointing.

the staff was genuinely kind. i especially appreciated the quick taxi arrangement to the airport. rizwan assisted me efficiently to the taxi stand.
the complimentary toiletries lacked bar soap and disposable slippers. the fridge did not cool properly.
